Now Open LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective September 3, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Now Open LLC ("Now Open," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through private software services and integrations that we operate (the "Service"). The Service is intended only for authorized representatives of Now Open LLC and is not a consumer-facing product.

2. Information we process

Depending on the integrations enabled, the Service may process:

  • Authorized-user information, such as name, email address, authentication status, and access permissions.
  • QuickBooks Online information authorized by the company, including company identifiers, accounting reports, revenue, expenses, cost of goods sold, account categories, vendors, bills, deposits, and related financial records.
  • Point-of-sale and inventory information, including products, sales, discounts, promotions, inventory quantities, costs, and employee or budtender identifiers.
  • Integration credentials and authorization tokens required to maintain approved connections.
  • Technical information used to operate and secure the Service, such as timestamps, IP addresses, browser information, error logs, and audit events.

The Service supports internal business operations and is not intended to collect patient medical information or unnecessary consumer-identifying information.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the Service, display business reports, calculate performance metrics, identify financial and inventory trends, generate internal recommendations, maintain authorized integrations, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law.

4. QuickBooks and other integrations

When an authorized user connects QuickBooks Online or another third-party service, that provider sends the information approved during authorization. We use that information only for the internal functions described in this policy. Access can be revoked through the relevant provider or by contacting us. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. How information is disclosed

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the Service; to professional advisers working under appropriate obligations; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Now Open LLC, its users, or others. Service providers may process information only to perform services for us.

6. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including limiting access to authorized users and protecting integration credentials. No security method is completely risk-free.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, meet legitimate business and accounting needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.

7. Choices and requests

Authorized users may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of information by emailing hello@verygood.plus. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, security, or legal reasons. QuickBooks access may also be revoked from the user's Intuit account.

8. Children

The Service is a private business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the Service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users through an appropriate channel.

10. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to Now Open LLC at hello@verygood.plus.
